Anti-sex Predator Website A new website was just launched a few days ago called Rotten Apples aimed at helping film and TV fans to avoid the work of alleged sex predators. The website allows visitors to the site to enter the title of any movie or television show to see whether or not sexual misconduct allegations have been made against one of its stars or behind-the-scenes crew members. Example is "Shakespeare in Love". If you enter that title, the site will inform you that the executive producer, its producer and 2 of the actors that starred in that movie were involved in some sexual misconduct. Wanting a Turkey for your Christmas Feast? You can order a turkey, a COOKED one at that, from the Original Savory. You have to order by phone and they will deliver it at your doorstep in a big box. STONELESS Avocado Now Available
Maybe not in the Philippines but in the UK. Mark & Spencer stores in the UK are selling them while supplies last. They are called COCKTAIL avocados. "Stoneless" means no seed. The skin of these avocados are edible so no need to peel or scoop them. You can eat the whole fruit. FYI, avocado is the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA). Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also provide lutein, zeaxanthin, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids. Lutein and zeaxanthin are two phytochemicals that are especially concentrated in the tissues in the eyes where they provide antioxidant protection to help minimize damage. Beta-carotene is great for your eyes also. Because avocados contain FOLATE, they protect against colon, stomach, pancreatic, and cervical cancers. These avocados are grown in Spain and they are NOT GMOs, inspite of them being seedless. Scientists have already began engineering other stoneless fruits, like plums. YIKEZ!!! More frankenfoods on the way.
No wonder I still get Charley Horse even when I eat plenty of bananas. I need to be eating avocados instead. Charley horse is muscle cramp that is most common in the legs.
