Mistakes, Anomalies, Scandals, and Graft & Corruption Allegations Under Aquino - PART 1

Some Twitter netizens continue to post their enumerations of the many anomalies, mistakes and scandals committed under PNoy:

Slowly but surely, these questionable, shady, dirty and anomalous deeds, dealings, and activities are being exposed one by one under the Duterte administration. While I cannot say that all of Duterte's minions always act aboveboard, honestly, transparently and legally, I see in Duterte's actions during his first 2 years in office of his determination to rid the rank of govt officials of bad apples. In the past the president fired several of his appointees (no matter if they're his close friends or people who campaigned for him to win the presidency) because of anomalous or corrupt deeds. We heard of this determination in his words and seen it in his official acts and decisions. Just read this news article as proof:

We didn't see PNoy do that during his time even with his most controversial appointees who many people viewed as the most corrupt. With friends like PNoy who needs a lawyer.

So without further delay, here are some of the mistakes, anomalies, scandals, and graft & corruption allegations committed under the Aquino administration:

Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II launched a criminal investigation in connection with the missing high-powered firearms of the Philippine National Police (PNP) that ended up in the hands of communist insurgents in Mindanao.

Acting on the directive of President Rodrigo Duterte, Aguirre issued Department Order 7 tasking the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to conduct a probe and file appropriate cases against government personnel and private individuals found liable.

DOJ Sec. Aguirre took action right away:

Did the former PNoy govt officials involved in these cases already account for the following unliquidated cash advances listed here?:

How many more times will we see Garin's name associated with anomalous or illegal practices committed while she held a govt position?

This is not the first time narco-politicians are linked to LP members:

What did this man's protector get in return?

Nagalit na yung mga nag-rally. They didn't get paid as agreed:

Sub-standard temporary shelters for Yolanda typhoon victims constructed during PNoy's time

They did the same thing with the controversial health centers built inside school grounds during DOH Sec. Garin's management. There is no satisfying these people when it comes to money.

What did the govt officials who conspired to allow this to happen get in return?

Under PNoy & Roxas, NAIA was rated the "WORST AIRPORT in the WORLD". "Laglag" or "Tanim-Bala" persisted, victimizing travelers, both foreigners & Filipinos. Like his boss, PNoy, na walang alam sa maraming issues, si Mar wala ring alam sa nangyari sa SAF44. Escape goat or escape artist ba si Mar? Traffic in Metro Manila & the MRT problem worsened under PNoy & Mar + Abaya. Hugas-kamay silang tatlo sa mga isyung ito. Then Yolanda happened. The rest is history. I give PNoy & Mar an "F" in dealing with this disaster. People died because govt help didn't reach them in time. Yeah, PNoy, di na sila buhay. *S I G H* ...I don't know how these people can sleep at night. Perhaps, sanay na sila not to care.

Abaya, you dah man!

There were more killings during PNoy's time than during Du30's time. Selective amnesia much, Ressa?

The LRT/MRT railways are shrouded with corruption from previous administration.

The biggest scandal, of course, and the most deadly under PN0y is the Dengvaxia-gate. Kids vaccinated with Dengvaxia continue to die. The people who rushed the implementation of this vaccination program should go to prison.
